Implemented cost savings and productivity improvement ideas for department. Trained employees in ramming methods to improve productivity and reduce scrap. Established new processing parameters to reduce in-process loss for large shapes. Engineered noise reduction for area to reduce impact in the plant. Maintained production records for department. Provided for a safe work environment and reduced lost time accidents in the Department.
