Developed work teams in all areas of the plant to identify improvement opportunities and coached these teams toward systematically improving productivity, quality, and safety of their processes. Trained team members in problem solving techniques and Six Sigma and provided technical support as necessary for teams to achieve their goals. Facilitated team meetings to improve teams' effectiveness. Promoted celebrations of team successes. Established Annual Recognition Dinner for all employees and spouses to celbrate each team's contribution.
