Daily Duties at Harbison Walker:

Reviewed profit and loss statements and adjusted production activities to stay within operating budget. Reviewed production schedule to ensure that all items were scheduled in the most efficient and timely manner to be available as requested. Reviewed all department maintenance requirements to set priorities and communicated those priorities to the Maintenance Department. Implemented systems to ensure all production met or exceeded all quality standards. Ensured adequate crewing and equpiment was provided to meet production goals. Set goals with subordinates and routinely evaluated progress toward them. Provided training as necessary for continued development of employees.
