Reviewed service levels for two branches, reviewed in-stock, out of stock reports and interacted with sales for special orders at branch level on a daily basis. •Produced documentation and organized deliveries, will calls and product returns. •Coordinated supply chain issues with suppliers to ensure product availability in the branches. •Executed replenishment of inventory via ERP program on a daily basis for 2 branches. •Maintained purchase order confirmations to ensure pricing and orders were correct. •Maintained weekly reports with regard to service levels, supplier and branch back order issues.
