Responsible for counter sales training and implementing front office and showroom policy and procedures. Managed branch in absence of Branch Manager. •Developed sales strategies to increase sales incrementally. Provided top notch customer service. •Managed showroom product placement to ensure maximum exposure. •Worked with purchasing to ensure that the right product was on the shelf at right time. •Monitored employee performance and conducted performance reviews. •Reviewed all paperwork/processes for accuracy and coordinated timely outbound/inbound receipts with clerical team, customer service, and transportation. •Supervised crew schedules and timekeeping for full time associates and temp workers.
