• Ranked in top 10% of all IBM sales professionals as a new account sales representative and achieved membership in the IBM Golden Circle. Tasked to secure new clients, analyzed potential customers, selected target accounts, and implemented sales campaign built on the value of timely information made available through technology. Resulted in 25 new accounts being secured, +170% above goal. • As competitive sales representative achieved > 110% of sales goals and was a repetitive member of the IBM 100% club. • A formidable competitor in the banking industry was restricting sales. Initiated a plan and formed a strategic partnership with the competitor that capitalized on the strengths and name recognition of both company’s products. Resulted initially in the sale of the system to a major customer and eventually led to a market leadership position. . • A new line of products failed to generate interest or acceptance within the sales department. Designed and rolled out a sales force training and awareness program which resulted in the product being accepted by the sales force and a successful first year introduction of the product line exceeding expectations
