• Challenged to secure new accounts and increase company revenues. Developed and implemented a strategic sales and marketing plan, designed effective promotional programs and negotiated/managed new account agreements. Resulted in over $2.4M incremental revenue in a twelve month period • Initiated new sales strategies that resulted in expanded account penetration in software sales, staff training and project management services for a major new account, concurrently generating new revenues of over $700,000. • With the company lacking a formalized sales training program, took the initiative, with management’s support, to utilize industry training classes and subsequently train the sales team. Received APICS CPIM certification and led company training efforts to transfer knowledge to other sales team members. • Achieved membership in the Presidents Club and Million Dollar Club multiple times for sales.
