Tom developed new opportunities for agents in Sweden, Spain, South Korea, Chile, Brazil, Columbia, Australia, and Thailand. Nearly 45% of all sales and 55% of all new sales were generated through this International Cartel. Tom has a history of stability and a progression in responsibilities in refining sales operations. Tom’s program reversed a decline in sales; sales and gross profits grew 49.3%and 42.6% respectively from 2001-2007, pounds sold by 17.85% per year and sales force turnover was also reversed from 37% in 2004 to <10% in 2006.
