Daily Duties at Rancho Santa Fe Thrift And Loan:
•Manage Top Performing Bakersfield Branch and outlining areas. •Maintain automobile contracts, credit management, applications. •Make decisions based on credit risk information. •Supervise all employees, all operations, and business development associated with progress of branch, including problem solving, leadership, written and oral communication with corporate office. •Recommending solutions to difficult delinquent accounts, working with account problems, servicing accounts, performing administrative tasks (i.e. answering telephones, cash control management and other related duties). •Oversee all collections for the Bakersfield, Fresno and Central Coast territories, including repossessions, field chases, skip tracing, loss mitigation and court appearances.
