• Researched and developed plan to implement an organization whose mission is to uplift, inspire and utilize a collective of positive energies and talents within the DC Metropolitan area to educate, increase community involvement, promote and represent DC Metro Hip Hop as a unified, valuable and productive entity for the benefit of all involved and the betterment of the Washington Metropolitan area • Managed daily operations and staff in organization of public relations and marketing of the DCHHA and producing events • Responsible for identifying and recruiting key team members responsible for the implementation of the organization and its goals, and generating/maintaining awareness and enthusiasm for the DCHHA and DC area artists • Built and maintained strong relationships with sponsors, entertainment luminaries and professionals • Founding Chairperson and member
