Daily Duties at Ibm Field Services :

As an IBM CE I maintained and upgraded a large diverse range of equipment. I was certified to work on large mainframe computer systems such as 3033, 3081, 3091, 3090 and CMOS. I also worked on all types of I/O subsystems such as tape 3420,3480 and 3490’s. I also supported Disk storage subsystems 3330, 3350, 3380 and 3390. I worked and supported network frontends such as 3705, 3725, 3745, 900 and MAE. As a CE I was responsible for customer relationships issues. Would attend regular customer meetings and plan new installations etc for my clients. I also was responsible for tracking and maintaining a multi-million dollar parts inventory.
