Daily Duties at Apollo Travel Services/Galileo International:
I started with ATS in the network help desk. While in that capacity I was a network coverage support. I would work with customers that had cronic problems that could not be resolved by the 1st level support. I specialized with the IBM 3745 front end processors doing advanced level PD. After a year I was promoted to Network engineering group and while at that role I both supported the 3745 FEPs and planned and installed new network connections. I was the Y2K support for the legacy network systems.
