Daily Duties at Ibm Global Services:
I had many duties at the travel port account. I was responsible for SLA for the legacy network systems. I also did work on the Cisco Routers and switches such as code upgrades and installs. I was the also the security compliance person and handled the SOC audits for the 7 customers at the site.
