Daily Duties at Silverton Marine Corporation:

Monitor existing accounts to ensure that sales activity is consistent with expectations negotiated and agreed to in annual Business Plan; Identify accounts that are not achieving expected sales goals and evaluate to determine reasons and follow-up action, including: coaching, training, time management consultation; analyze assigned markets to determine additional and/or alternate representation; develop a criteria to continually assess market penetration; develop and conduct sales training programs to ensure account represnetatives in assigned market/s are fully briefed on the products we mutually promotoe; develop feature and benefit segments to provide to field staff to promote product; negotiate with tradeshow operators for premium space assignment, working with the unions to mazimize effort and minimize cost in display Installation and Dismantle, work with Marketing Dept. to help design and have available all P.O.P. for tradeshow displays; accept speaking assignments to industry organizations, account meetings, and employees.
