Daily Duties at Wipro Spectramind:
Handled recruitments through campus interviews, job portals, employee references. Created and managed databases using Excel application that included leaves, incentives, training, confirmations, employee reviews and resignations data. Improved irregularity and absence in employee attendance by thorough follow up and implementing disciplinary action process after receiving approvals from HR Manager and VP operations. Initiated a process of monthly MIS reporting of all HR activities to the HR department. Incorporated monthly intervention sessions to be informed about employee grievances. Single Point of contact for all HR activities within AOL process such as attendance tracking, issuing employee confirmation, review management, event management, benefits and leaves management, training, grievance management, employee resignations. Jointly planned for rosters and incentives/process based pays for the process while consistently adhering to the needs of the Operations (Logistics) department. Attended International Conference Calls to brief on accomplished targets and predict future targets.
