Daily Duties at Case Consulting Group:

Partnered in workforce planning and been successful in closing positions in given timeframe with team members. Jointly designed a comprehensive induction program with the technical team and successfully implemented it. Enhanced processes by receiving feedback from open house sessions and through surveys. Contributed to Competency Mapping process in the organization and further used it for job-evaluation, recruitment, talent induction, training and development, performance management, succession planning. Co-authored sections of company policies and procedures manual. Lead the entire HR administration team and activities that included joining formalities, leave Balance Reporting, salary & benefits provisions, exit interviews, full & final settlement formalities, payroll and benefits administration ensuring compliance with various laws and regulatory mandated and serving as primary contact person answering management/staff questions on same. Benchmarked and researched retention techniques and further implemented them after receiving approvals from senior management. Jointly designed and administered company’s first HRMS system. Devised job descriptions for all roles in the organization which is used by senior management at the time of hiring, appraisals, designing career paths and setting KPI (Key performance indicators) for all employees.
