Daily Duties at At&T:

• Assisted in transitioning the Directorate from the AT&T Corporation to the newly-formed AT&T/British Telecom joint venture, Concert, transferring AT&T employees to the JV payroll system, notifying teams of new JV company systems, policies, methods and procedures. • Managed budget, cost control, and equipment inventory for Directorate under the new joint venture. • Scheduled and maintained busy calendar and travel itineraries, arranged and coordinated high level meetings, designed and maintained organizational charts, databases,spreadsheets and presentations. • Envisioned, planned and coordinated with a colleague; two high level Multicultural/Diversity events consisting of cuisine, wine tasting and entertainment from around the world resulting in Senior Executive Level Management and Public Relations presence, recognition for our initiative and the enormity of a job well done. • Held kick off calls, established milestones, tracked status, submitted status reports and tracking status, resolved issues, escalations and declared AT&T/BT Pre-Paid Card platform and assorted traffic tracking systems network ready. • Investigated and drew up complete process document for AT&T Pre-Paid Card Process utilized internally and by international customers.
