Daily Duties at Carlson Wagonlit Travel :
• Scheduled domestic and international flight for corporate, leisure, military and government clients. • Booked individual and combined reservations of air, car and hotel. • Advise of rules and restrictions for all applicable reservation. • Obtain authorization based on client’s contract requirements. • Issued electronic, paper and per-paid airline tickets for all domestic and international carriers. • Made modification and recommendations per client’s request. • Worked with tour operators to book packages consisting of air, car and hotel. • Booked individual and group cruise line reservations in conjunction with per and post packages per client’s request. • Reservations for Amtrak.
