• Served as the primary contact between IBM and Intel for the receipt and distribution of confidential documents and pre-release samples. Maintained information in and access to Lotus Notes databases. • Maintained library for confidential Intel documents related to pre-release samples and confidential computer code, tracking all documents from receipt to return to Intel. • Shipped documents and pre-release samples to IBM engineers and developers worldwide. Import Valuation Reconciliation Coordinator • Investigated shipment invoices identified as not having the proper US customs documentation. • Contacted IBM buyers and suppliers for the appropriate documentation. • Used the IBM Import Data Management (IDM)
