• Managed the internal Lenovo process for executing over 2,500 company confidential disclosures and over 800 equipment loan contracts with external clients and suppliers • Assembled pertinent information from internal clients, created the contracts and facilitated the execution with external contacts • Administered Lenovo’s worldwide contract execution process • Assisted in testing migration of contracts to SAP • Worked directly with procurement sourcing managers in the U.S., Europe, China, Japan and Taiwan to obtain proper Lenovo signature
