Human Resources - Executive Director, Recruitment & Development
Head of Recruiting and Training & Development practice for US based full-time population.
§ Restructured the recruiting department and led a team of 4 professionals
§ Implemented effective strategic industry specific recruitment programs & training philosophy
§ Designed step-by-step Diversity and College Relations Plans
§ Managed full-cycle recruiting process of Home Office entry-level, middle and senior management openings (avg’d 20 requisitions) - functional areas included: Marketing, Operations, Sales, Administrative support, Academics, and Customer Service.
§ Created and reported on status of company-wide open requisitions to track and effectively manage recruiter workload
§ Managed recruitment workflow and applicant information in applicant tracking system to meet compliance standards
§ Improved staffing/recruiting process and reduced time-to-fill by over 33% in 4 months
§ Achieved the goal of leading an effort to fill 70+ positions in 7 weeks
§ Engaged operations in recruiting processes without adding additional responsibilities
§ Approved the hiring of employees upon review of results from criminal background check results
§ Implemented mandatory training programs for entire population to comply with Sarbanes Oxley requirements
