§ Drove candidate generation and developed methods for attracting high potential passive & active candidates for critical roles

§ Identified new channels and sourcing methods: Network groups, Discussion boards, Social network sites…

§ Conducted structured candidate phone screen to elicit critical information from candidates

§ Created a “Recruiter’s Transition Tool kit” to effectively transition recruiting functions and decrease ramp up time

§ Special Projects: Compensation process improvement, HR new hire assimilation program, Inside Sales (high volume recruitment effort), Displaced employee transition….

Human Resources – Talent Acquisition Consultant (University Relations) – (April ‘06 – January ‘07)

Recruiter and College Relationship Manager for Undergraduate and Graduate schools for Americas Operations, Services, Sales Operations, and Marketing (Relationship, CoC, & HSB) groups.

§ Managed recruitment programs at assigned graduate and undergraduate schools

§ Managed recruitment workflow and applicant information in recruitment system

§ Initiated headcount forecast projections with HR generalist and business leaders

§ Conducted business Leader UR Strategy meetings and secured commitment to participate in on-campus events

§ Composed and extended FT & Intern offers

§ Provided Executive summaries of school activities and results by line-of-business to HR and business leaders
