Daily Duties at Citigroup:

Site Staffing Lead for the Global Cards Collections and Sales & Service site of 2200 employees

§ Responsible for partnering seamlessly with the Group Staffing Manager and site HR team in support of the local market.

§ Seamless and collaborative communication with Site HR leads and Group Staffing Managers

§ Driving culture for Staffing at the physical location for national and local roles

§ Providing management, guidance and oversight to the local staffing team of four

§ Ensuring consistent implementation of the global consumer group staffing practices and processes at the Site

§ Ensuring compliance and risk control processes/practices are maintained at the Site

§ Driving local and national sourcing and recruiting efforts for all non-exempt and exempt positions

§ Ensuring all data standards and reporting routines are accurate and timely at the Site

§ Overseeing of staffing metrics to monitor performance of the Site, including cost of hire, fill rates, compliance, etc.

§ Building solid primary relationships with key business leaders within the site (HR, Site Presidents, Functional Leads)

§ Representing Citi in the community
