Daily Duties at Dmax Ltd:

Managed the Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery operations in the assembly process. Reported and completed 5Y analysis for all non-conforming assembly to customer issues. Performed line side investigation of all part, process and equipment issues with daily communication to support departments. Tracked individual team cost per budget reducing cost using 5’s and Kiazen principles. Reviewed daily, weekly and monthly targets to achieve customer demand per delivery schedule. Maintained and enforced company policy, rules and regulations in assembly. Tracked, recorded and initiated disciplinary measures within the guidelines of attendance company policy. Managed employee evaluation and training in assembly. Tracked, monitored, and completed evaluations for Team Leaders recommending improvement and acknowledgements of his or her achievements. Reviewed team member skill chart for each team monitoring progression of training daily, weekly and monthly. Arranged proper training due to specific change in model year, updates to supplier parts and any and all engineering change request (ECR) affecting the assembly process.
