Daily Duties at Kbr, Inc.:
Direct 35 vendors / subcontractors, and draft contracts and various legal documents. Advise on legal, business, and policy issues arising from contracts and claims. Generate requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), solicitation packages, and proposal analyses. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the delivery of energy projects in the Middle East. Ensure compliance with all contract terms and alignment with quality, schedule, and budget objectives. Evaluate prospective projects and create Scopes of Work in coordination with engineers, clients, and program managers. Prepare bid documentation and change orders; perform price analyses, CPSR, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) reviews, including remediation plans. Resolve disputes and claims via the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) function. Cooperate with Iraqi businesses providing services to U.S. MI / Embassy.
