Assisted established health maintenance organization (HMO) in coordinating and supporting a full range of legal, financial, and contractual functions and requirements. Created and administered multiple operational budgets, as well as graphics presentations that tracked expenditures. Organized and complied paperwork associated with denials, appeals, and confirmation letters for physician providers and members, including preparation of physician and facility contracts and supporting correspondence. Acquired valuable, hands-on experience in coordinating multiple tasks in environments requiring solid organizational and time management skills, including successfully coordinating and leading training seminars for new medical providers and organizing all travel arrangements. Served as flexible employee; willingly provided on-call secretarial assistance to satisfy additional staffing requirements during special projects. Took the initiative to create and manage efficient filing system that reduced amount of time required to complete tasks.
