Provided executive-level assistance to worldwide technology systems, products, and services company that employs more than 130,000 people. Supported the administrative needs of Strategic Development Department’s executive personnel and outside consultants. Assisted in scheduling and organizing special events, including events held offsite at Wye River Conference Center facility; and management of travel plans and multiple department calendars. Coordinated short/long-term projects, including organization of staffing requirements. Maintained department Web site and worked with Research Analyst to conduct online research to ensure the availability of the most current and relevant reference materials. Demonstrated the ability to effectively utilize strong planning and organizational skills to impact the overall success of multiple meetings and events. Regularly took initiative to design and integrate time-saving process improvements in an effort to ensure maximum operating efficiencies and organization.
