Developed several technical and user manuals and marketing materials for established engineered products and services manufacturing and distributing company. Directed all stages of project, from initial planning stages to service delivery. Oversaw database requirements and digital photo documentation for company’s entire product line. Developed and edited copy, completed fact checking with engineering, sales, and marketing staff, and provided production assistance prior to product shipping. Generated quarterly quality performance indicator graphs, digital photo documenting, and supported other imaging requirements. Initiated, organized, and managed a special project to provide security card photos for all company employees. Served as a liaison coordinating multiple project tasks with cross-functional team members; consistently achieved project milestones while meeting strict project objectives.
