Daily Duties at Aerotek Contract Position At Otsuka :
Track, format, compile, review and file all clinical and regulatory submissions and maintain all corporate paper and electronic document files. Manage and oversee the paper and electronic documentation and submission process, including general correspondence, reports and amendments, as well as authoring various routine submissions (e.g., new investigator amendments and annual reports). Audit both Master and Site File’s and prepare appropriate documentation either requesting missing essential documents from sites as well as prepare appropriate documentation indicating absence of essential documents in files. Review, organize, and QC paper and electronic clinical trial documents.Audit clinical trial master files and investigator files in preparation for document scanning, verify that all required documentation is present in the clinical file, and identify any missing documentation. Review, audit, and process clinical study documents in database (EPIC); and ensure that the quality of the electronic document is adequate and that correct naming conventions are used. Verify that the paper file matches the electronic file. Identify and track issues for follow-up with the CRA(s), CRO, or study site, as directed by the clinical development manager for the therapeutic area. Prepare materials for inclusion in final study reports and other regulatory submissions. Other services as appropriate
