Assisted H.R. and managers in scheduling candidates for phone screenings and interviews, collecting proper documents. Took part in the planning of company events, contracting caterers, acquiring proper permits, resources and facilities when needed. Monitored Conference Room scheduling. Opened office daily. Answered multi-lined phone system screening all calls. Greeted and announced clients and visitors. Received, sorted, distributed, and posted mail daily. Maintained employee extension and emergency contact listings. Reliably worked with confidential and sensitive information. Ensured a professional environment for visitors and employees.
