 Primary business partner and extended member of the leadership teams for 650+ employees with approximately $500MM in spend in various client groups including Global Operations, Facilities Management, Finance, Information Security, Information Architecture, Health & Wellness, Communications, and Program/Project Management.  Extensive interface with senior executives which includes presentations and facilitation sessions, as well as, assigned client groups on all management and business practices with a focus on development and execution of strategic initiatives, communications, change management, and organizational effectiveness  Manage staffing/recruiting (college/professional/executive), succession planning, problem resolution, performance management, coaching, contingent workforce, recognition, EEO/compliance, job evaluations, compensation, intern/co-op programs, policies/procedures, SOX regulations, and Records Management.
