Daily Duties at Creganna Medical Devices:

• Supervised the work flow of twenty-five hourly Product Builders and technicians in an assembly line cell operation in Creganna’s Endoscope Needles Assembly Department. Ensured all Product Builders were appropriately trained to cGMP guidelines, current SOPs and documentation. • Set and maintained the production schedule in the Needles Assembly Department to meet production goals, quality objectives, customer demand and delivery dates; monitored supply chain goods, ordered raw materials, generated vendor P.O.s, prioritized QA inspection of incoming material, and maintained cycle count inventory. Chaired daily production meetings with Engineering, Quality, and Sales representatives to review constraints, material shortages or last-minute changes that could impact delivery schedule and manufacturing goals. • Prepared Material Request Forms, BOMs, and routers, generated lot codes and work orders for a variety of Endoscope Needle assemblies within cGMP, ISO and FDA Guidelines. Reviewed DHR paperwork to ensure all production jobs, lots and batches were compliant. Initiated ECOs, reviewed, completed and participated in resolving CARs and CAPA issues. • Maintained, tracked and reported key metrics including in-process yields, 5S, safety, labor efficiency, machine capacity, on-time delivery, etc. • Hired, trained, directed and developed employees to help foster personal growth and teamwork to meet company business goals.
