 Served as project manager for the Business Continuity Program (BCP) planning initiatives  Managed business continuity and disaster recovery plans for 63 programs and 43 sites  Defined sites’ recovery strategies, implemented, and tested their business continuity capabilities based upon contractual requirements  Assisted in defining BCP policy, scope, goals, and objectives  Designed, developed, and maintained BCP plans in coordination with site managers  Worked with management to ensure that as new equipment, facilities, services, systems, and software were installed, that the BCP issues were addressed  Assisted in updating and maintaining security plans  Coordinated and facilitated business continuity planning meetings with IT teams and the line of business representatives  Planned and facilitated exercises with stakeholders to test the validity of the BCP plans  Assisted Enterprise Security and Risk Management (ESRM) team members in physical security, confidentiality, and privacy issues as needed  Managed ESRM intranet Webpage
