Daily Duties at Agilent Technologies:
Help customers select the best equipment for their test and measurement needs. Advised them on how to integrate instruments into a system, including programming for automation and retrieval of data. Guided customers through the troubleshooting and problem resolution process when they were unable to get desired results. Designed and built small circuit boards for interfacing various parts of the test systems. Wrote data manipulation and instrument control programs.
