Command the activities of the Logistics, EDI, and Order Fulfillment teams, including 1 EDI Manager, 3 EDI coordinators, 2 Logistics Coordinators, and a warehouse staff of 30. Oversee order prioritization, inventory management, document/order preparation and packaging, and monitor daily EDI, routing submissions, and load pickups.
