Reported directly to CEO. Managed national direct sales organization of over 200 sales professionals. Responsible for $400m in imaging and software revenue operated from 80 locations throughout the United States. • Developed strong hands-on management processes to ensure consistent high performance standards and drive results: business review process for all levels, formal monthly reviews, weekly conference calls, unannounced calls and visits, published stack rankings, regional monthly newsletters, monthly corporate communication journal. • Maintained sales force turnover rate at 25%. (Industry 75% to 100%) • Created compensation, pricing, territory alignment, quota agreement and sales plans that maximized revenues and generated double-digit margin growth in nationally recognized, award winning sales organization.
