Daily Duties at Spectra Logic:
Established, developed, and negotiated all vendor relationships related to corporate travel. Worked with airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies to secure best possible savings for company. Drafted new travel policy and kept expenses in-line with company’s strict budget. As sole agent, ticketed all domestic and international travel for employees while advising them on destinations, travel documents, and immunizations. Assisted the executive management team, advanced engineering, and IT departments with all scheduling and administrative duties.
