Provided HR support to three distinct locations, Managed all HR functions inclusive of Benefits Design, Development, Bid and Award Process, Compensation, HRIS systems, EEO/AAP, training and development, staffing, corkers comp. Additionally, responsible for operations of a medical office, the Fab Maintenance Organization, and Security Department. Managed a staff of 11 direct reports.
