Member of executive team for West Coast Division of Syosset, New York based company. Provided HR support to three distinct locations, Managed all HR functions inclusive of Benefits Design, Development, Bid and Award Process, Compensation, HRIS systems, EEO/AAP, training and development, staffing, corkers comp. Additionally, responsible for operations of a medical office, the Fab Maintenance Organization, and Security Department. Managed a staff of 11 direct reports.
