Daily Duties at Jordan Specialty Plastics:

My role was in rebuilding a non-existent human resources and to be a resource to our multiple plants across the US, Canada, Europe and China. My emphasis was in developing HR systems to help the organization move from a reactive stance to a more proactive one in the development of compentencies for levels throughout the organization, developing a more robust staffing and assessment system, starting a compensation system, and aggressively improving the employee relations system.
