Researched failed/merged institutions to obtain assignment/lien release documents. Managed Escrow refunds for paid in full loans to ensure compliance with FNMA guidelines. Processed Reverse Mortgage release documents and worked with appropriate vendors to release FHA lien. 1996-2001 Research Specialist- worked with Co-Op loans, CEMAs, auto/Mobile-Home titles and ordered/completed title searches both via web and a third party. Researched failed/merged institutions to obtain assignment/lien release documents. Handled escalated issues with borrowers and/or attorneys. 1995-1996 Identified and organized documents required to prepared reconveyance documents for Residental, Commercial and Consumer liens.
