Responsible for GL transactions in accordance with GAAP Reconciled all GL accounts including bank reconciliations Reconciled payroll and record related adjusting journal entries into GL Lead month and year end closing processes Prepared and file Sales Tax, Property Tax and 1099’s Prepared all necessary adjusting journal entries including depreciation and accruals Compiled and analyze quarterly and yearly financial reports in a timely manner Prepared Federal and multi-state income tax returns meeting deadlines 100% Participated on teams to complete assurance services ensuring government compliance Issued financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP Prepared and filed Sales Tax Returns and Property Tax Returns Prepared and posted eliminating journal entries to issue consolidated financials Researched various accounting and tax issues for individual client needs
