Daily Duties at Consonus Inc:
Drive sales for IT consulting and solutions company focusing on higher education and commercial accounts. Interact with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) channel partners reviewing new products and services. Develop and maintain outstanding client relationships, generating repeat and referral business. Maintain ITIL business process standards. Oversee all aspects of customer accounts, to include product presentations, order submission, strategic follow-up, and issues resolution. Consult with customers, determine technology needs and budget capacities, and liaise with OEM partners. Develop solutions in coordination with engineering team. Key Achievements: Expertly grew customer base by 300% resulting in tripled annual revenue through aggressive marketing and networking. Successfully architected complete IT hardware, software and disaster recovery solutions for nationally recognized hospital, top universities, and commercial businesses. Achieved $5M sales revenue in two-state territory within one-year period (126% of quota).
