Daily Duties at Ikon Office Solutions:
Manage specialist sales team in order to drive revenue for office and document management solutions. Responsible for and maintaining Professional Services P&L (approximately $6M) on a daily basis to ensure revenue, cost and gross profit goals are being met. Allocate area professional services resources in order to meet customer project deadlines. Manage all aspects of professional services sales cycles and including forecasting, pipeline management, solution strategy and implementation. Work with area leadership to develop strategic business plans. Responsible for supporting the corporate sales structure in discovering cost saving initiatives for customers by stream-lining business processes. Key Achievements: Effectively develop and direct professional services sales team covering 4 state territory in product knowledge and sales negotiation in order to coordinate high end document management solutions for customers. Spearheaded area sales training programs focusing on professional service offerings and procedures in order to promote PS, drive revenue, validate opportunities, bring value and present ROI to customers. Successfully manage and coach sales and engineering team to an increase of $600K year over year revenue earnings as well as recruit, interview and hire sales and engineering candidates. Build and implement yearly business plan including sales goals, quotas, go-to-market strategies, territory coverage and core product saturation. 177% of quota for annuity (recurring) revenue FY 2008. 127% of quota for hardware and software revenue FY 2008.
