-Boost revenue growth annually by implementation of innovative ideas to improve sales performance as well as training and developing the sales staff of 132 NAPA stores including sales associated, assistant managers, and store managers. -Implemented incentive programs to motivate underachievers as well as to inspire others. –Sales Rep of the Year for two consecutive years –$100,000 award from the manufacturer. –Charged with meeting/exceeding $5m in sales. Last year sales increase topped $600,000. Selected Contributions: Generated $5.2 million in sales for 2003 With the implementation of additional instruction on products for outside sales reps, was able to exceed sales quota by 112%.
