• Responsible for the sale and renewal of Sun Service support contracts for Fortune 1000 accounts, plus small to mid-tier accounts in Georgia. • Assisted Sun major accounts with server consolidation, contract renewals, new purchases, professional services, education and training. • Advise customers on new product offerings, warranty information, etc. • Provide quotes and product updates. • Conduct lunch and learn seminars for new/department transfers at customer sites • Assist with customer inventories, prepare proposals • Worked with legal team on new product offerings for customers • Keep customers advised of changes/additions within the service product portfolio. • Work with hardware and software reps on closing total solution sales to named and general territory customers. • Nominated for global recognition for the sale of the first Time to Restore product in the USA.
