Responsibilities include 24x7 (on call) Administrator support for XPTR (report archival tools); XTND, XPLEX, XNET and JHS. Maintenance support for tools: including reorgs, dasd mgmt; library maintenance. Maintained test environment, created test plans for upgrading system and supported test implementation. First level support for problem determination for mainframe and web platforms that the software resides. Liaison with AXP customers and vendor to assess business requirements, find and implement solutions. Tape conversions to Jaguar tapes. Create metrics and measure using SMF data and created SAS reports. Set up report; create indexes, grant access to reports; & manage report retention.
