Daily Duties at Ellias Construction Company:
I assisted the superintendent in the supervision & scheduling of all aspects of construction on multi-tenant student and senior housing projects. I assured that all work performed by subcontractors was per code and in the time allotted on the construction schedule. I scheduled and attended all inspections, updated the project schedule to reflect changes or additions to work scope and informed clients of such changes. I verified material deliveries and performed quality control inspections on building materials being used. At the projects end, I completed the owner's punch list for project turn over.
