Daily Duties at Milliken And Company:
Shift Supervisor • Nine-week Supervisor training course with Milliken and Company. • Shift Supervisor for the warehouse, tracking all outgoing and incoming shipments. • Supervised the packing department with aprox.12 personnel. • Supervisor of the label-printing department. • Supervisor of the internal delivery department. • Accountable for ALL personnel actions for employees on my shift. • Special projects: Reduction of waste, track and post efficiency and quality results of my shifts, reorganize parts of the Beaming and Sizing Department.
