Type confidential word document from Examiners to be proofread and released documents using Citrix Database and Impact Application. Proofing Preliminary Reports, and Emailing to clients and Escrow Agents once documents had been proofed. Send fax and phone Escrow Agent for confirmation if document receive. File Real Estate Folder according to their Series Number or City and County location. Type Single and Double Policies according to Document Series Numbers. Make copies of policy reports and highly documents to be sent out to clients. Train new typist to type Preliminary and Policy Reports.
