Reseaarched mortgage industry state licensing requirements and prepared applications, identified and tracked new state regulations to maintain compliance. Created and maintained licensing, loan originator and principal officer databases in 50 states. Liase with outside counsel regarding licensing requirements, serviced customer complaints and inquiries and serviced daily Branch requests by reviewing subpoenas, subordination agreements, and power of attorney for loan closing on a daily basis.
